The ‘Civil and religious liberty for all’ mural in Cambrai street has been ‘in progress’ for a long time. These images are from October 20th (first two) and November 7th (last two), 2011.
The mural, showing parades, bonfires, and Northern Ireland football, would eventually be completed in 2012 – see M08228.

William Frederick McFadzean of the 14th (Young Citizens) battalion Royal Irish Rifles, was awarded the Victoria Cross for throwing himself on a box of grenades that had fallen into the trench during the Battle Of The Somme, July 1st, 1916. The figure on the left is Edward Carson. The close-up below shows a “Sydenham roll of honour to those who gave their lives in the Great War and to those who haven’t been traced but are known unto God.”

Saturday 25th June (Whiterock night) Young Conway Volunteers Presents a loyalist cabaret evening and disco, featuring various bands, Ulster Rangers Supporters Club, Shankill Road.” The flute band is associated with the local , with murals to both the flute band There are murals on either side of Conway Street at Conway Walk to both the YCVFB (featuring Thomas and Noel Kinner) and the associated 5th platoon (UVF).
